Getting Started
- How to Access Your Course: Once your purchase is complete, you will receive an email with your auto-generated login details. You can log in at any time using the “My Account” link in the navigation menu.
- Resetting Your Password: If you forgot your password, simply click “Lost your password?” on the login page. Enter your email address, and we will send you a secure reset link.
Technical Troubleshooting
- Video Playback Issues: All our videos stream in high definition. If a video is buffering, check your internet connection or try lowering the resolution using the gear icon on the video player.
- Downloading PDF Guides: Course materials are located beneath the video player in each module. Click the “Download” button to save them directly to your device.
Billing & Subscriptions
- Invoices & Receipts: You can view and download all past invoices directly inside your “My Account” dashboard under the “Orders” tab.
